The staff was always available to assist in ANY way possible! The room was gorgeous. It had a lot of closet space. The hotel even had special cases for the towels. I recommend adding breakfast. There was great service and beautiful views from the restaurant terrace. The hotel restaurant was so good that we had dinner there twice.
The water in the room was expensive. I have never been to a five-star hotel that does not give complimentary water.

The staff showed really good kindness and attention to detail. My room was super clean and spacious. They provided a welcome drink and dates upon my arrival. I also appreciated gifts I received at checkout, along with arrangements for a taxi.
The hotel contacted me after my stay. They requested I alter my review to be more favorable. I found this request inappropriate, as it asked me to misrepresent my experience.
